American CNC Inc. established in 2011 is a full-service manufacturing company specialized in prototype, short-run and high-volume precision machined components. Our 3,000 square foot climate-controlled facility is located in South California LA area and can sustain 24/7 operation to meet any production timelines.
This facility has variety of manufacturing machines such as super speed 5-axis Milling center, Turning, Grinding and ultra-precision Lapping machine.
Micro Blasting and Vibratory tumbling along with Ultrasonic cleaning are helping us to deliver burr free and clean parts.
Conforming the quality of the machined parts and finished jobs are made by climate-controlled QC room equipped with CMM, CNC Vision system and other precision and calibrated equipment.
We offer complete services from machining, deburring, outsourcing for all required tests and processes using pre-approved suppliers, marking parts (laser, dot peen or stamp) and finally labeling and packaging with RFID labels or any tracking method that is required by customer. We cover R&D, short run and production orders.
We also have years of experience in making Precision Jigs and Fixtures for aerospace industries.
